What are your shipping methods? 

 

The following are available for all in-stock items ordered before 2 p.m.

Adding customization to an item will postpone the shipment of your order .

 

– Standard Shipping: 15-45 Days

– Express Shipping : 7-15 Days


 

Is there anything that might delay my order?

 

Yes, if any of the following in-house processing procedures apply, they may postpone the shipping of your order:


• Holidays and Weekends

• Customizations

• Back-order

• Special-order

• Manual billing verification


Back order and special-order items might arrive separately from anything else you had in your cart. 

 

 

Will you ship to post office box addresses? 

 

Indeed, we will. Go ahead and select USPS shipping for PO box addresses.

Delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take 3 to 4 weeks.

Express shipping services are not available to PO box or military addresses and selecting express shipping will not expedite orders to box addresses.

 

 

How is my order shipped?

 

Our primary carriers are FedEx and USPS, but your order might arrive via another carrier.

All of the available items in your order will ship together.

If your order has an item that is not available, we will ship the available portion of your order and send other items as they become available. 

 

 

Are services available on holidays?

 

Yes, we will offer online Chat serivce, but our shipping service will be stop at holidays . 

 

 

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

 

That’s frustrating, and we sincerely apologize if the carrier did not deliver your order promptly and in good condition.

If you did not receive your order, it’s smart to double check around your property, in your mailbox, at your local post office and with your neighbors to make sure that the order is not at your location.

If you can’t find it, or it arrived in less than top-class condition, please contact our online chat service,we will comfirm and resend new package to your for free.

 

 

What happens if an item is missing or if I receive the wrong item?

 

Again, frustrating. That one’s on us and we apologize.

Do you charge tax? 

 

For Non-EU We don’t charge tax, but your local customs officials may assess your item before allowing them into the country and tax appropriately. 

Typically, your carrier pays these and then collects them from you at the time of delivery. 

You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery. 

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and recover costs billed to us in the event that you refuse an international shipment because of duties and customs charged by your country.

For EU countries, we will charge 8% VAT on your order. In fact, the average VAT in the EU is over 20%.
